In the event of a technical issue, our engineers will provide telephone/email support.
If the support engineers agree that it is necessary to return the unit to Sentral for diagnosis and replacement/repair then either of the following two procedures can be used:

Download an RMA form to be completed by customer and faxed to Sentral at 02380 225672.
