History

Sentral is an independent manufacturing company that has built a solid reputation as a supplier of bespoke servers to the B2B market. The company's early reputation was established as an innovative designer when it won the 2004 ISPA award for innovation in introducing the aluminium small form factor servers with front mounting I/O interface to the internet industry. This variation to traditional chassis design has provided a stable product platform which has enabled us to add further supporting products to the portfolio.

Specialising in the rackmounted server area, the company is recognised as a leading-edge supplier that has the reputation of delivering on time and being a company that supports its products as the customer requires.

Partnerships

In 2006 Sentral reached an agreement with Unitrends Inc to exclusively build and licence the Unitrends software for the UK and European market. The product is sold as a rapid recovery appliance that will recover OS, Applications, Data, licences, passwords and settings from a single recovery disk in minutes.

Sentral IT's success can be attributed to its willingness to listen to its customers requirements and to provide cutting edge solutions at cost effective pricing. To do this we have established strong partnerships with global suppliers enabling responses that comply with Sentral's policy of supplying customers orders on time. Furthermore our strong links with major product manufacturers such as Supermicro, Intel, Microsoft, Open-E, AMD, Tyan etc coupled with strong channel relationships enables Sentral to support its customers to the level expected. Sentral has strong links with a broad range of suppliers and its research and development department is often at the forefront of testing manufacturers' new hardware products prior to their release to the market.
